A BOOKWORM

North is a secondary school student. He lives with his parents and brother
(Archie) in London. North is interested in reading different types of book.
The bookcase in his room is full of books. He goes to the library near his
house every Saturday. He borrows books from the library for his school LEARN STEP BY STEP
projects. He went to the library yesterday because he had some
homework. He found lots of important information for his homework in
the library. He borrowed three science magazines, too. He reads novels,
short stories, science magazines, and poetry books. J.K. Rowling is her
favourite author. He loves her Harry Potter series. North has a big dream.
He wants to be a famous writer in the world one day. He wants to write short stories for children. North’s
parents enjoy reading, too. They read newspapers and novels. Archie is different in the family. He likes
outdoor activities. Climbing trees, cycling, and going on a picnic are his favourites. Archie was very happy
last Saturday because he went on a picnic with his family in a forest. The weather was great. They had a
delicious meal in the forest. Archie and North climbed many trees there. It was a fun day for both brothers.
